DIY Vintage peterpan collar necklace

Supplies: Ribbon, felt, lace, button.

1. Cut out 2 shapes of collar.

2. Overlay lace and sew.

3. Connect and sew front of collar.

4. Add button

5. Attach ribbons to both ends of collar and tie a bow!
